Where is our all Key Pressure Point

Key Pressure Point is important because it helps relieve pain and tension in the lower back. It can also be used to help improve circulation and relieve stress. To find this pressure point, sit up straight and place your hand on your lower back. You should feel a small indentation just above the tailbone. Apply pressure to this point for 30 seconds to 1 minute. You can also massage this point with your fingers.

The first key point in our Body is located in the center of our chest. It is called the solar plexus point and it is responsible for helping to regulate our breathing and heart rate. To find this point, simply place your finger on the center of your chest and apply pressure. You should feel a small indentation. Apply pressure to this point for 30 seconds to 1 minute.


The second key pressure point is located on the inside of our wrist. This point is called the "inner gate" and it is responsible for helping to regulate our blood pressure. To find this point, place your thumb on the inside of your wrist and apply pressure. You should feel a small indentation. Apply pressure to this point for 30 seconds to 1 minute.


The third key pressure point is located on the top of our heads. This point is called the "third eye" and it is responsible for helping us to focus and concentrate. To find this point, simply place your finger on the center of your forehead and apply pressure. You should feel a small indentation. Apply pressure to this point for 30 seconds to 1 minute.


The fourth key pressure point is located on the back of our necks. This point is called the "base of the skull" and it is responsible for helping us to relieve headaches and tension. To find this point, place your fingers on the back of your neck and apply pressure. You should feel a small indentation. Apply pressure to this point for 30 seconds to 1 minute.


The fifth key pressure point is located on our feet. This point is called the "heel" and it is responsible for helping us to improve circulation and relieve stress. To find this point, simply place your thumb on the inside of your heel and apply pressure. You should feel a small indentation. Apply pressure to this point for 30 seconds to 1 minute.


It is used in Massage and therapy. A Massage Therapist will work on specific pressure points to relieve pain and tension. Some people use a tennis ball or other objects to apply pressure to these points. You can also find some pressure point charts online that will show you where all of the key pressure points are located.
